Turn the screen green

MSPs tell us that not being able to turn all M365 security flags green or achieve a 100% Secure Score causes them problems. Clients want to know why there are unresolved security issues.  The latest release of Octiga fixes these issues. Octiga users can now:​

• Turn the screen green with tenant specific overrides to overcome unnecessary flags (examples: MFA alerts against printers & service accounts).​

• Show clients how red and amber flags are positively resolved.​

• Trust their L1s to use ‘action’ buttons to apply best practice risk remediation.  ​

Enhanced MFA reporting & remediation​

The rise in MFA attacks is well reported. MSPs say policing MFA takes up more of their resources. ​

Octiga now enables MSPs to instantly see which MFA approach is applied, per tenant (Security Defaults, Per user MFA (‘legacy’), Conditional Access Policies) plus enrolment by user. ​Your L1 engineers can remediate risks by pressing best practice action buttons. ​
