MSP Solutions Specialist

Are you an MSP maven with deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 and IT security?

Octiga, the cybersecurity platform designed by MSPs for MSPs, is looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned professional who understands the challenges of managing and securing Microsoft 365 environments. In this critical role, you’ll assist prospective clients with their pre-sale questions, ensuring they see the value of our platform, while also collaborating with our Head of Product to shape Octiga’s future roadmap.

Your efforts will directly contribute to Octiga’s growth by qualifying prospects, providing technical expertise, and driving customer satisfaction.​

Key responsibilities

1. Pre-sales & Solution Demonstrations  ​

  • Conduct detailed demonstrations of Octiga’s SaaS security solution to MSPs.  ​
  • Qualify prospects and schedule demos, identifying potential fit and needs.  ​
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by answering technical questions about the app’s functionality and integration with Microsoft 365.  ​

2. Customer Success & Onboarding  ​

  • Assist MSPs in onboarding and effectively utilizing Octiga’s platform as needed.  ​
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers in configuring Octiga’s solutions working with the Support team.  ​
  • Build relationships with MSP clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.  

3. Technical Expertise & Product Input  ​

  • Leverage knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, PowerShell, and related tools to address customer needs.  ​
  • Gather feedback from MSPs and collaborate with product teams to influence feature development and improvements.  ​
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SaaS security solutions, and competitor offerings.  
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years working with or for MSPs, SaaS companies, or in a similar technical sales or customer success role.  ​
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, including security administration, Microsoft Defender, and similar tools. Familiarity with SaaS security platforms like Octiga, SaaSAlerts, or Augmentt is highly desirable.  ​
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.  ​
  • Mindset: Self-starter with a customer-first approach, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
